Nathan J. Krogh was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1998. He is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist. His practice focuses on Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning and Business Law.
Nathan’s real estate practice involves a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. He represents a broad spectrum of real estate clients including lenders, owners, investors, condominium associations, general contractors and developers. He was lead counsel for a development project in Southern Minnesota including the acquisition and all aspects of development and construction of four phases and over 200 residential lots. His experience in real estate litigation includes foreclosure, boundary disputes, fair housing claims, mechanic liens, partition actions and complex title matters.
Nathan provides tailored estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration services to his clients. Nathan appears frequently in probate court for probate matters including formal supervised probate actions, guardianship and conservatorship matters.
In 2004, Nathan was recognized as a “Rising Star†by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Minnesota Law & Politics recognizes Rising Stars as a way to highlight emerging attorneys who are either under the age of 40 or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years. Only 2.5 percent of Minnesota attorneys are given this honor. The selection process includes peer nominations by attorneys named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers® list and independent research on the candidates to identify outstanding up-and-coming attorneys who have demonstrated superior professional potential.
When not working with clients or enjoying his family, Nathan enjoys playing hockey in the Twin Cities and has traveled as far as Reykjavik, Iceland for hockey tournaments.
